Mindful Journaling
I have been journaling almost every day for the last ten years. I’m not especially disciplined, I was just taught how to journal in a way that is natural, easy, doesn’t take forever, and is undeniably beneficial. Learn how this one tool can help you understand your mind.Second Body Practice

Meet Dave
Dave Kenneally has been practicing mindfulness for over twenty years. A former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps AND former Zen Monk who spent six years living in Buddhist Monasteries and Practice Centers.
A Certified Teacher of the Search Inside Yourself Program, a course in mindfulness designed at Google, Dave has experience teaching business leaders, teachers, yoga instructors, social workers, Vets, cancer patients and their families.
An ordained disciple of the late Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, Brother Dave believes that all of us can use the tools of mindfulness to live fuller, happier lives right now.

The time commitment is about two hours per week. The Live Call is an hour every Wednesday, and each week you’ll receive 2-3 videos that amount to less than an hour of teaching.

If you miss a live call, because life happens, they are recorded so that you can still catch up with the group conversation later.

The materials are available to you forever, so that you can go back and rewatch your favorites for reference.
